For customers with a subscription or technical support agreement, no additional fees apply for the services included in the contract.
Updates are provided to all our customers at no extra cost and are intended to improve the overall functionality and performance of the software. However, any specific feature requests or modifications beyond our standard updates may incur additional fees.
For technical support inquiries, customers should contact us via email. We commit to providing support or contacting the customer within 24 hours.
